The tallest and the ugliest. The Poles remember the Comunist soviet regime each time they take a look at this buiding. With it's 234 m it offers the best panorama in town, but we like to say that this is because it doesn't include the building itself. To take pictures of Warsaw go to the observation terrace and for 20 zl you can see warsaw from above. I still think they should bring it down though.
